Heather Heinbaugh

I am the owner of H. Company Salons and a licensed cosmetologist. I have over 25 years experience in this amazing industry. I started my career as an assistant sweeping hair and scrubbing color bowls, I have been a booth renter, commission stylists, hourly stylist, educator. I think I’ve experienced almost everything this industry has to offer. Hands down my favorite and most rewarding role is owing this company.  Helping stylists build their business, their craft, and watching them grow as individuals is by far the most rewarding and amazing experience I’ve had. I have a deep passion for helping people and our community.
